Life Bar Arcade is Officially Preparing for Launch this April
The wait is finally over. After months of anticipation, construction, and game cabinet restoration, we’re thrilled to announce the official two-day grand opening of Life Bar Arcade in Schaumburg, IL!
Mark your calendars for this spring: April 17th and 18th, 2026!
We’re launching with a full weekend celebration to give everyone a chance to experience Schaumburg’s newest arcade bar. Whether you’re a die-hard gamer, pinball enthusiast, or just looking for something fun to do in Schaumburg, this is the weekend you’ve been waiting for.

We’ve been working years behind the scene to put together this epic journey back into the retro arcade fun of the 80s, 90s, and 00s in a space we’ve carefully designed to help you kick back and melt into the nostalgia.
Sorry Indiana Jones, but these games don’t belong in a museum; they were meant to be played.

April 18th 11:30am – 2am (All ages during the day, 21+ after 7pm)

Both days will feature the full Life Bar experience! Around 50 arcade cabinets, retro gaming kiosks and pinball machines, two full bars, bar-style food, and that signature cyberpunk atmosphere that you’ve been yearning to be transported back to.

Every single arcade cabinet, pinball machine, and gaming console is set to free play. Pay your $20 cover at the door and play as much as you want for as long as you want. No need to keep reaching into your pocket for tokens!

Things to Know for Grand Opening Weekend
Getting There
Life Bar Arcade is located at 1626 E Algonquin Rd in Schaumburg, easily accessible from Woodfield Mall and major highways. We have dedicated on-site parking, so you won’t be circling the block looking for a spot.
Age Policy
For opening weekend, 4/17 will be a 21+ only Grand Opening party. On 4/18 we will be open for all ages beginning at 11:30am until 7pm. Life Bar Arcade will be a 21+ venue beginning at 7pm.
What to Bring
Just yourself, your friends, and valid ID. We’ll handle the rest. Credit cards accepted at the door and all bars.
